How long is the ride between the Salt Lake City Airport and Park City?
In normal conditions the ride takes about 45 minutes. The route is approximately 38 miles long. We recommend leaving Park City at least two hours before your domestic flight departure. In severe snow conditions please call us at 435-659-8859 so we can reschedule the departure and give more time-cushion for road delays.
What is the altitude in Park City?
The Park City base area is around 7,000 feet in altitude which is 2,800 feet higher than the Salt Lake City Airport. With the ski lifts you can access breathtaking peaks over 10000 feet. Drinking plenty of water is recommended to those sensitive to high altitudes.
Do you provide child safety seats?
Yes. We have seats for all child ages: car seats (without backrest), booster seats (with backrest) and infant seats (with 5 point harness system). Please specify which one is the most appropriate for your child at the Additional Notes section on the Reservation Page.
What if my flight arrives late or early?
Dealing with flight schedule changes is part of our service. We use live tracking of all commercial and private jets which provide us with fairly accurate estimate landing times. If your flight is cancelled please call us immediately at 435-659-8859. It is helpful to stay in touch with us if your private jet is on a confidential route and not registered for flight tracking.
Is gratuity for the driver included in your prices?
No, we do not pre-charge gratuities. Gratuity to the driver is paid at passenger discretion, never expected but always appreciated.
